Calum Duncan Architects located in South Edinburgh and work across Scotland on projects including Passivhaus and EnerPHit designs for residential ,community and education projects.

We create homes, buildings and spaces that are unique to the users’ needs and interests, full of personality, improving energy-efficiency and, above all, a delight to live or work in – while also remaining flexible enough to cope with changing circumstances.
We aim to work with clients who share our passions. There is a synergy that comes from an intimate collaboration between like-minded designers and end users – which maximises the creative, innovative and productive potential of a project and can lead to outcomes that are surprising, exciting and joyful. Our passion for creative and person-centred design is reflected in our unique approach to architecture and our belief in its ability to transform the way people live, work and interact – we call this ‘creative reimagining’.
